Why Authentic Admissions?
You won't find templates here. Or advice about how to "stand out" by pretending to be someone you're not. At Authentic Admissions, I help students name who they are—and tell that story clearly, confidently, and in their own voice. Together, we craft essays that reflect not just accomplishments, but alignment. Not just polish, but truth.
This isn't just college application coaching.
This is how students learn to speak for themselves.

A warmly lit writing desk with an open notebook, books and two chairs—inviting discussion, curiosity and reflection. A peaceful space that evokes the heart of Authentic Admissions.

Helping students craft college applications that reflect who they are—
not who they worry schools want them to be.

Who This is For:
I work with smart, driven students who aren't interested in writing what they think colleges want to hear.
My students are honest, introspective, and ready to dig deeper. They care more about sounding authentic than sounding impressive—because they know that clarity is more powerful than perfection.
Some are natural storytellers. Others are skeptical at first, unsure if they have a story to tell. Either way, they leave this process with an essay that sounds like them.
I also work with parents who are ready to step back and trust the process—even when it feels uncomfortable. This isn't about crafting a perfect image of your kid. It's about helping them grow into their voice. That's the real win.
